This multinational FTSE100 giant holds a key position in several markets. With operations on every continent, it delivers branded products and high-value commodities to multinational corporate customers worldwide.
The Global Tax Team is recruiting a senior transfer pricing professional in London. This leadership role oversees the Americas, Europe, and Africa. London serves as the Regional HQ for Europe & Africa, while Montreal is the global HQ for a major division and the Regional HQ for the Americas. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders in both locations, managing direct reports accordingly.
This role focuses on optimizing transfer pricing strategies and providing strategic advisory support to global operations. Responsibilities include developing and implementing transfer pricing models for various product groups, adapting to global dynamics like tariffs and economic challenges, managing audit risks, and assessing tax certainty strategies such as ICAPs and APAs. You will oversee business footprint changes, develop frameworks for recharging new services and IP strategies, and focus on strategic initiatives rather than routine compliance tasks. Engagement with stakeholders, fostering partnerships with tax authorities, and leveraging automation tools are key aspects.
