We are looking for a confident and motivated lawyer to join our established team of lawyers and legal officers in the Litigation Team.
Responsibilities
* Provide high quality legal advice and support on a broad range of legal matters with a specific emphasis on housing related matters, but also in respect of a vast range of other legal areas, including debt recovery, personal injury and judicial review.
* Represent the interests of clients at various courts, including the County Court and the Coroners Court.
* Work closely with a range of different clients across Lincolnshire.

Holdings / Qualifications
* Solicitor
* Barrister
* Chartered Legal Executive
* Authorised to conduct litigation under the Legal Services Act 2007.
Requirements
* An understanding and working knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules and the workings of the Court System.
* Experience of conducting Claimant/Defendant litigation in various court settings.
* Confidence in undertaking advocacy or a willingness to develop this further in the role.
* Experience of handling a busy and varied caseload.
* Good communication and IT skills.
* A collaborative, team focused approach, with strong problem-solving skills and a good sense of humour.

In accordance with Part 7 of the Immigration Act 2016 (Fluency Duty), the ability to converse at ease with customers and provide advice in accurate spoken English is essential for the post.
