Pay-£85 to £105 a day -depending on experience.

About the roles:
Learning support assistant: As an LSA, you would need to offer continuous support for the child you work with, assisting them in their studies as they can require additional help, through one-to-one support. You would follow a care plan, help to prepare learning materials, and help the class teacher in managing class behaviour and keeping their learning environment safe. In one-to-one sessions, you should encourage the child to communicate their questions they may have, keep them motivated, manage physical needs if needed and supporting them during social activities like school trips, sports days and PE.
Requirements for being an LSA:
1. Previous experience working with children with SEN, in a healthcare or educational environment.
2. You would need to be positive, calm, motivational, creative, be assertive and confident.
3. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
