Your Role:
* Plan and deliver engaging, creative, and challenging Drama lessons to Key Stage 3 and 4 students.
* Differentiate teaching to support students of all abilities, ensuring each student is inspired to succeed.
* Work closely with colleagues within the department and attend tailored training to refine your practice.
* Inspire students to develop a love for the performing arts, fostering creativity, confidence, and self-expression.
* Contribute to the wider school community, including extracurricular activities such as drama clubs, productions, and school events.
Who We’re Looking For:
* A committed and passionate Drama graduate with QTS (or working towards it).
* Experience in delivering high-quality lessons that engage and challenge students in Drama.
* Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with colleagues.
* An individual with a passion for inspiring students to achieve their potential in Drama, both in and outside the classroom.
