Over 5 days Sunday to Saturday 8.45am - 4.45pm Our mission is simple, we provide outstanding care and support to the community of North Devon who are impacted by a life limiting illness. To succeed in this role you will have: - • Experience of working in a charity or commercial retail organisation • Merchandising and/or retail display experience, with the ability to create high quality customer experiences • Experience of leading and line managing a team of staff and volunteers • A high level of interpersonal and communication skills • A positive and creative approach and an openness to new ideas.
