Qualifications
* Valid South Carolina teaching credential preferred
* Secondary certification preferred
* This position may include teacher responsibilities
* Strong communication and leadership skills
* Experience at the high school level in motivating and developing a championship level program
Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board may find appropriate and acceptable.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities
* Demonstrate a visible commitment to student athletes, community, and instructional leadership while promoting positive character and school spirit
* Have experience and innovative ideas in and out of season (in compliance with SC High School League regulations) regarding the soccer program
* Demonstrate the ability to motivate, relate, work with, and maximize the individual potential of high school students on and off the field
* Demonstrate high energy and be able to work well with others
