Responsibilities
* Coordinating complaints, insurance cases, and Subject Access Requests
* Maintaining accurate records and governance documentation
* Drafting clear and professional correspondence
* Tracking cases and ensuring deadlines are met
* Handling sensitive and confidential information appropriately
* Supporting corporate governance processes and compliance activities.
* Liaising with Home Managers and central teams to ensure matters are managed efficiently and in line with regulatory requirements.
* Reporting to the Chief Finance Officer (CFO), you will play an important role in supporting the organisation to manage governance processes professionally and effectively.
