We're hiring for a Service Engineer to join a specialist engineering business based in Manchester.

What will you be doing as a Service Engineer?
* Servicing and maintaining vehicle lifts, ramps and scissor lifts
* Working on equipment including compressors, tyre machines and brake testers
* Repairing and maintaining hose reels, pumps and galvanised pipework systems
* Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs
* Diagnosing faults and completing electrical and mechanical repairs
* Performing equipment calibrations, breakdown repairs and system testing
* Reading and working from engineering schematics and technical drawings
* Completing service reports and identifying defects
* Supporting garage equipment installations and system checks when required
What will you need?
* Mechanical engineering qualification or relevant industry experience
* Previous experience working with vehicles, automotive equipment or workshop machinery
* Ability to carry out mechanical and electrical fault finding
* Full UK driving licence
