Key Responsibilities:
6. Support children and young people under Child Protection and Child in Need plans
7. Assess when cases should transition to the Permanence Team
8. Build respectful and effective relationships with families, support networks, and partner agencies
9. Conduct assessments, home visits, direct work, care planning, and chair meetings
10. Ensure children’s voices are central to case recording and decision-making
11. Participate actively in reflective and group supervision
Requirements:
12. Completed ASYE and registered with Social Work England
13. Proven experience working with children and families
14. Right to work in the UK
