What you’ll be doing
* Lead and deliver high-value commercial and tech matters, from software licensing to complex procurement, JV and outsourcing deals
* Own client relationships in growth sectors such as fintech, SaaS, digital media, and medtech
* Work cross-practice with corporate, IP and regulatory specialists to deliver cohesive advice
* Mentor junior team members and play a key role in shaping the future direction of the practice
What you’ll bring
* Qualified solicitor (England & Wales) with 4-7+ PQE in commercial/technology law
* Experience advising across tech, SaaS, digital or regulated sectors
* Commercial mindset with clear, confident client communication
* Proven ability to manage client relationships and mentor junior lawyers
