Position Summary
In this executive-level position, you will assist in building and developing a world-class team in the U.K. and other international locations to deliver on the Contiem strategic plan. This role oversees all aspects of Contiem U.K. operations, including Sales, Product Teams, and Operations staff.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
* Act as the executive liaison with senior leadership, reporting progress on corporate objectives and engaging in high-level decision-making with the parent company and global subsidiaries.
* Provide executive leadership to operational teams, ensuring efficient resource allocation and goal achievement.
* Maintain senior relationships with key strategic customers to lead sales development and support others in the team to grow sales of the company’s software solutions.
* Ensure organizational compliance with corporate policies, legal regulations, and external auditors.
* Oversee teams responsible for the intercompany transactions, reporting, and financials for UK subsidiaries.
* Lead UK operations, ensuring seamless integration of software development, operations, and professional services with other global teams.
* Provide guidance and support on complex or sensitive employee relations matters, including escalations and dispute resolution. Act as the final escalation authority for critical HR and office matters, fostering a positive, productive workplace culture.
* Approve client contracts, ensuring commercial, legal, and operational alignment.
* Drive customer satisfaction and address critical operational issues at the executive level.
* Monitor and evaluate KPIs, providing strategic insights for performance improvement and operational excellence.
* Spearhead global training, development, diversity initiatives, and cross-border employee movements in coordination with global HR.
Experience And Skills
* Hold a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional qualification.
* 20+ years of senior leadership experience, including serving as a Company Director for a software company with a proven record of strategic and operational success.
* Demonstrated capability in leading, developing, and empowering high-performing teams to achieve organizational goals.
Travel
30-40% of the time, as needed.
Work Hours
This is a full-time position with hours of operation from Monday to Friday. Some overlap with subsidiary offices may be required.
Work Location
This position is based at our Sutton, Surrey office.
