We're seeking reliable, hardworking individuals to join a well-established and growing recycling operation in Shepshed.

Shift Patterns:
Monday to Friday
AM Shift: : : | £/hour (paid break)
PM Shift: : : | £/hour (paid break)
Occasional Saturdays: Few hours at £./hour
Key Responsibilities:
Operating recycling machinery that processes cables from construction sites across the UK
Using forklifts and loading shovels (training can be provided if not licensed)
Following strict health and safety procedures
Keeping your work area clean, tidy, and organised
Supporting your team to ensure smooth daily operations
What We're Looking For:
Reliable and available to work Monday to Friday every week
Mechanically minded with a practical approach to work
Previous experience in recycling or a similar industrial environment preferred
Clear communication skills in English (spoken and understood)
FLT Counterbalance and/or shovel operating experience is an advantage
Responsible, safety-conscious, and takes pride in their work
Seeking stable, long-term employment with a company that values its people
