Managing, overseeing, processing and issuing regular subcontract payments. Managing, overseeing, compiling, negotiating, and agreeing final accounts with subcontractors. Skills and Experience Previous Quantity surveyor with 5 years experience minimum. Experience as a QS in the residential building sector Relevant degree would be advantageous.
