Job Description
The Accounts Receivable Finance Analyst is initially a temporary contract for 9 months and will be hybrid working- 3 days in Manchester City Centre office/ 2 remote. Reporting to the Finance Director Key responsibilities will include:
3. Manage and reconcile accounts receivable transactions to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
4. Monitor incoming payments and allocate them to appropriate accounts.
5. Prepare regular reports on accounts receivable status for internal teams and stakeholders.
6. Collaborate with other departments to resolve payment discrepancies or queries.
7. Assist in month-end and year-end financial close processes.
8. Maintain and update customer billing records in the accounting system.
9. Support the implementation of process improvements for accounts receivable operations.
10. Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant financial regulations.
The Successful Applicant
In order to apply for the role you should:
11. Have previous experience in an Accounts Receivable/Finance Analyst role
12. Be confident on Excel to v look up and pivot table level
13. Be able to consider a temporary contract initially
14. Be able to work 3 days per week in Manchester Office
