The Role Overview
We are seeking hands‑on Data Engineers who are passionate about owning problems end‑to‑end, working directly with business stakeholders, and operating effectively within a distributed team.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Data Engineer, you will be instrumental in maintaining and improving our data platform:
* Develop and maintain robust ELT pipelines and transformation models.
* Support and optimise our Snowflake data warehouse performance.
* Build and maintain dbt models, ensuring associated documentation is current.
* Monitor and troubleshoot failures across data pipelines, Airbyte connectors, schema changes, and ingestion issues.
* Support critical Tableau reporting datasets and meet downstream reporting requirements.
* Drive improvements in reliability, governance, and observability across the entire data platform.
* Support Finance and commercial reporting needs, including revenue recognition, P&L, and margin analysis.
* Work closely with stakeholders across Finance, Commercial, Product, and Operations.
* Contribute actively to initiatives focused on data quality, metric consistency, and documentation.
What You’ll Need
Strong hands‑on experience with:
* Snowflake
* dbt
* SQL
* Python
* Cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred)
Highly Desirable
* Airbyte
* S3
* Git‑based workflows and CI/CD concepts
* Revenue or finance reporting datasets

* Pragmatic and delivery‑focused, comfortable operating in a dynamic scale‑up environment.1
