About The Job

Reporting to the VP Marketing, the Production Lead will oversee all content production, ensuring high-quality creative output across TV, digital, social, PR, and branded content. This senior role manages external production partners, internal operations, and drives efficiency and excellence in production processes.

The Production Lead will shape Omaze’s production model, deciding which projects are outsourced or produced in-house, including developing an in-house studio for original content on platforms like YouTube. This role requires strategic, hands-on leadership with a creative mindset and passion for scalable content systems.

What You’ll Be Doing

* Lead all production aspects for marketing content, including TV commercials, campaigns, films, digital assets, and PR support
* Manage timelines, budgets, schedules, and resources for efficient delivery
* Maintain relationships with external partners and vendors, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness
* Direct internal production teams, including the Senior Production Manager
* Resolve production challenges swiftly and coordinate cross-team solutions
* Define and evolve long-term production strategies, including in-house capabilities
* Improve processes and implement new systems for efficiency
* Promote a high-performance culture ensuring quality and speed
* Align production efforts with marketing and brand goals
* Develop a framework for an in-house studio producing original content
* Shape content that extends beyond campaigns, such as behind-the-scenes or charity features
* Plan resources and test scalable content formats to boost engagement
* Identify where in-house production enhances storytelling and brand visibility

About You

* 10+ years in senior production roles in creative agencies, entertainment, or digital media
* Proven track record overseeing production from concept to delivery across TV, digital, and branded content
* Experienced in managing large budgets, agency partnerships, and tight timelines
* Strategic thinker with experience in evolving production models
* Skilled in balancing outsourced and in-house production investments
* Highly organized, solutions-oriented, and calm under pressure
* Collaborative leader with experience influencing senior teams and cross-functional collaboration
* Experience with regulated or compliance-sensitive content is a plus
