We are seeking an experienced Office Manager / Personal Assistant to provide high-level administrative and operational support to the two Directors of The Queen B Boutique.
This is a pivotal role within the business requiring professionalism, discretion and exceptional organisational skills.
The Role
You will oversee the smooth running of administrative operations while acting as a trusted PA to the Directors, ensuring efficiency, structure and effective personal and professional communication across the business.
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct PA support including diary management, scheduling and correspondence
Manage internal administration systems and office processes
Coordinate meetings, prepare documentation and manage follow-ups
Support HR administration including onboarding documentation
Liaise with suppliers and external partners
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Assist with operational projects and internal organisation
Essential Requirements
Proven experience in an Office Manager or PA role
Exceptional organisational and time-management skills
Strong written and verbal communication
High attention to detail
Discretion and professionalism
Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks efficiently
Flexibility - the ability to work outside of standard office hours
This role requires someone who is comfortable in a fun environment, personable, dynamic and forward thinking, who remains calm under pressure, is highly structured and capable of operating in a fast-paced professional retail environment. Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
