Customer Service Administrator
Our client is seeking a proactive and dedicated Customer Service Administrator to join their busy and dynamic team. In this role, you will work closely with the team to maintain and develop depot sales, enhance customer relationships, and contribute to the overall success of the department.

Job Responsibilities:
* Answer all incoming calls, take ownership, and provide solutions to customer queries
* Achieve individual daily sales and profit targets through value-added selling, up-selling, and identifying sales opportunities
* Serve customers at the front counter, ensuring correct parts and assistance
* Carry out warehouse tasks, including organising parts, checking deliveries, and maintaining stock accuracy
* Deliver parts to customers efficiently and safely
* Maintain correct van stock and ensure invoicing before removal, keeping stock aligned with system
* Process customer orders promptly received in person, by phone, or via sales staff
* Suggest product alternatives and pursue add-on sales to maximise revenue
* Develop customer business across product ranges, achieve profit targets, and contribute to promotional offers
* Adhere to company policies on transactions and credit control
* Complete paperwork and admin tasks accurately and timely
* Use catalogues and price lists to identify correct parts
* Assist with stock checks and update price lists
* Operate forklift safely when required
* Follow Health and Safety policies
* Contribute to team success through communication and engagement
* Maintain depot and warehouse cleanliness and organisation
Skills and Experience:
* Experience in parts sales or customer service
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Proactive with sales opportunities
* Organised with attention to detail
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
* Clean driving license
* Knowledge of parts industry and mechanical products
* Experience handling cash, cheque, and card transactions
