Description

As our project portfolio continues to expand across the UK, we are looking for a qualified Electrical Supervisor to join our team and play a key role in leading site delivery and maintaining the high standards we are known for.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will lead and coordinate teams of electricians on site, ensuring work is planned and executed efficiently. You will oversee a range of electrical installations, including containment systems, SWA cabling, and control panels, while also supporting fault finding and problem resolution where required. You will interpret technical drawings and work closely with engineers and project teams to ensure installations meet specification and programme requirements. A key part of your role will be maintaining high standards of health, safety, and workmanship on site, while coaching and supporting your team to deliver their best. You will play an active role in promoting a positive HSE culture, ensuring all policies and procedures are followed at all times.
Skills, Knowledge And Expertise
We are looking for a time‑served Electrician with NVQ Level 3 and AM2, who has progressed into a supervisory role and has experience leading teams on complex infrastructure or industrial projects. You will hold SSSTS or SMSTS certification and have a strong understanding of both HV and LV electrical systems. Experience working within regulated environments such as UKPN, National Grid, or SPEN projects would be highly advantageous. You should be confident managing and motivating teams, with excellent communication, organisational, and problem‑solving skills. A proactive approach and the ability to drive high standards on site are essential.
