You will shape and deliver a people development strategy that builds capability, supports future growth and helps create a high performance culture across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement a people development strategy that builds capability and drives performance
* Work with senior leadership to identify development needs and align learning initiatives with business priorities
* Design and deliver leadership development programmes
* Design and deliver management development to strengthen management capability
* Develop and maintain performance management processes that support accountability and growth
* Support the design and rollout of job architecture and career frameworks
* Conduct skills audits and skills mapping
* Oversee CPD, apprenticeship programmes and early career development initiatives
* Source and manage third party training providers
* Manage the people development budget and external supplier relationships
* Ensure training materials and mentoring support are available for apprentices and trainees
Skills and Experience Required
* Experience creating and delivering L&D strategy
* Strong background in designing and delivering development programmes
* Strategic thinker with a hands on approach
* Passion for people development and building an engaging workplace culture
* Innovative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
* Strong commercial and analytical skills
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Desirable
* Degree in HR, Organisational Psychology or related field (or equivalent experience)
* Experience designing and implementing leadership, management and early careers programmes
* Experience building capability frameworks and performance management processes
