You’ll be supporting students both in class and in small group or one-to-one sessions, helping to create a positive and engaging learning environment. The successful candidate will: Hold a Level 2 or higher Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent) Have experience supporting students in a secondary school or similar educational setting Be confident supporting learners with additional needs such as autism, ADHD, or SEMH Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and pastoral staff to meet individual learning targets Be patient, reliable, and passionate about making a difference in young people’s lives Why This Role?
