We are looking for a Network Operations Manager to join our team. You'll be responsible for managing the performance of repairers within a designated region, ensuring service levels are achieved and compliance standards are met. This is a key role in maintaining and improving network performance while building strong, collaborative relationships with our repairers.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver client SLAs and business requirements.
* Manage and monitor the daily performance of network repairers.
* Onboard new repairers as required to ensure optimal coverage and repair capacity.
* Use data and reporting tools to track performance and implement improvement strategies.
* Support compliance, documentation, and audit requirements across the network.
* Build and maintain strong repairer relationships.
* Assist in resolving customer complaints and represent Avant at client meetings.
About You
* Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role within the collision repair or automotive sector.
* Strong knowledge of repair processes and methods.
* Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
* Analytical, with the ability to interpret data and find solutions.
* Highly organised, able to plan and manage your own workload effectively.
* IT literate, confident with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Full UK Driving Licence (essential).
* Experience with estimating systems such as Audatex (desirable).
