Dental Beauty Partners are excited to be opening a search for an experienced Practice Manager to join us in a new practice that will soon be acquired into the group. This is a great opportunity to lead a dedicated practice team alongside a dedicated practice Partner.
Dental Beauty Partners offer a wide range of mixed dental and aesthetic treatments. This will be a highly varied position with lots of scope to develop and learn whilst leading a fantastic practice team. You will receive a great deal of support from our head office functions and operational teams from day one in the role.
Key Responsibilities
* Ensuring the smooth, efficient, and compliant running of the dental practice with a focus on patient safety at all times.
* Ensuring the provision of excellent service to patients, quality of service, cost and delivery of performance in line with company strategy, targets and mission statement.
* Providing support and direction to the team to enhance performance, skills and knowledge.
* Planning and driving income targets for the practice and ensuring performance in line with profit and loss targets – a commercial focus is key for the role.
* Monitoring and leading on KPI reviews, P&L calls and supporting clinicians to achieve Private/NHS practice targets.
* Dealing promptly with any issues when they arise along with the support of our head office functions.
* Delivering staff training and development, holding one‑to‑one sessions with all team members and performance managing.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
* Ideally 1–2 years of experience as a Dental Practice Manager within a private or mixed practice.
* Open to applicants with management experience in other sectors such as healthcare, retail or hospitality.
* Commercially savvy, taking ownership of the practice’s P&L accounts and identifying areas for development and improvement.
* Experience in leading a multi‑disciplinary team and ensuring all work in harmony to deliver a fantastic patient experience.
* Dental software experience is preferred but not essential.
* Ensuring CQC and other compliance requirements are met at all times.
* Experience in providing exceptional patient care and customer service.

* Highly competitive salary of circa £40,000 per annum, depending on experience and advanced qualifications; there may be scope for negotiation for the successful candidate.
