This role has huge potential to be the driving force behind a large culture change programme, helping the business reach new heights of customer and staff satisfaction. They described this as a pivotal position, as the role will have director exposure to the CPO of the country's largest Train Operating Company.The ideal candidate will have previous experience delivering people and culture change programmes within established organisations with both head office and 'ground crew' workforces.
