Partnerships & Growth Lead

50-60k base + Bonus
Looking for a Partnerships & Growth Lead to join our Partnerships & Events Division. In this role, you will work closely with the Head of Partnerships to drive, manage, and activate strategic initiatives across events and marketing. You will be responsible for end-to-end planning and execution of events, leading marketing activations with partners, and supporting pipeline generation through creative, high-impact campaigns.
Responsibilities
* Co-develop and manage the events with Head of Partnerships, both online and onsite events.
* Lead the marketing strategies with partners, through multi channel outreach inc email, social media, newsletter & shared channels.
* Collaborate with partners to deliver content through webinars, case studies etc.
* Identify and secure opportunities for the company to appear on podcasts, awards, industry roundups, and other authority-building platforms.
* Support sales efforts by joining prospect calls where you have facilitated or influenced engagement through marketing or events.
* Act as a bridge between marketing, partnerships, and sales to ensure alignment and measurable business impact.
Requirements
* Have 3-5 years experience in events, partnerships & marketing.
* Have experience working in Ecom, Digital Marketing or Ecommerce Agency space.
* Able to confidently speak and host events in front of crowds
* Commercially driven to convert potential leads and partners to partner relations
* Has driven marketing efforts on previous events
