The Business Development Manager will play a key role in delivering sustainable business growth through the development of new opportunities and the cultivation of existing partnerships. There will be two areas of focus that represent adjacent markets to GEOAmey’s core service:
* Secure or Non-Emergency Patient Transport: Delivering safe, reliable, and efficient transport services for patients requiring either secure or non-urgent medical transportation (NEPT).
* Specialist & Vulnerable Passenger Transport: Coordinating safe, supported transportation for young, complex, specialist, and vulnerable individuals, often requiring accompaniment or tailored care.
Although these two areas will be the key driver for growth, our ambitions are not limited by them and all related complex, accompanied logistics opportunities will be in scope within the Justice, Health and Local Authority sectors. This role requires a dynamic and driven professional with a strong understanding of the healthcare and social transport sectors, a proven ability to identify and secure new business opportunities, and excellent relationship-building skills with public sector bodies, commissioners, healthcare providers, and other key stakeholders.
