About the Agency
This London-based agency works with game-changing beauty and wellbeing brands, helping them build credibility, community, and influence. You’ll join a close-knit, ambitious team that’s redefining how brands connect with their audiences.
What You’ll Do
As an Influencer Account Manager, you’ll lead on both paid and organic influencer activity, managing end-to-end campaigns across globally recognised brands.
Paid Partnerships
* Build and maintain strong relationships with influencer agents and managers
* Identify the right talent aligned with brand goals
* Negotiate contracts, fees, and budgets (ensuring ASA compliance)
* Manage 15–20+ paid partnerships monthly
* Oversee content creation, campaign delivery, and reporting (Tribe Dynamics, Invyted App)
* Collaborate with media agencies to secure content for amplification
Organic Outreach
* Develop long-term influencer relationships to drive EMV
* Lead gifting, seeding, and launch mailers
* Manage influencer lists, outreach, and event attendance
Press Office (20%)
* Build and nurture relationships across beauty and lifestyle media
* Pitch stories and support client communications
* Assist with event planning and brainstorming creative campaign ideas
About You
* 3+ years’ experience managing influencer campaigns (agency or in-house)
* Confident across both paid and organic influencer strategies
* Strong network of influencers, agents, and press contacts
* Excellent negotiation, budgeting, and reporting skills
* Highly organised, detail-driven, and adaptable
* Up to date on influencer marketing trends and regulations
* Passionate about beauty, wellness, and digital culture
* Experience in beauty, wellness and/or luxury beauty is highly advantageous
