Job title: Alumni Events and Graduations Assistant - 12 months FTC
Salary: £29,880 - £32,305 per annum, equivalent to Grade 4 on the Jesus College scale. (Pro rata for part-time hours)

The post holder will play a key part in delivering a busy programme of over 50 alumni events each year, including prestigious College graduation ceremonies. Working closely with the Alumni Engagement Manager, you’ll help coordinate event logistics, manage communications, and ensure our alumni and students have a memorable experience. This is a part-time role (20 hours per week), with some evening or weekend work required for events.
