Office/Finance Administrator - Part Time Location: Southampton Outskirts Salary: Up to £28,000 p.a. This is a varied role, providing support to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the office. Key Responsibilities for the Office Administrator: Office Administration * Ensure the day-to-day organisation of the office. * Maintain office supplies and manage stock levels. * Handle and direct incoming enquiries. CEO & Senior Management Support * Manage and coordinate the CEO's diary. * Arrange communications, meetings, and travel requirements. * Provide administrative support as required. Finance Administration * Maintain and update financial records in Sage (including invoices, orders, and credit card transactions). * Manage the purchasing system. * Monitor and follow up on invoices and outstanding payments.
