This role comes with a TLR for Lower Key Stage 2 Phase Leadership, ideal for someone ready to develop their leadership skills and support colleagues across the phase.
About the Role:
* Position: Key Stage 2 Class Teacher (Lower KS2 Phase Leader)
* Contract: Full-time, Permanent
* Start Date: September 2025
* Salary: MPS/UPS + TLR
* Phase Leader Responsibilities - Supporting teaching and learning across Lower KS2, coaching colleagues, leading CPD, and driving improvement

About You:
* A qualified teacher with experience in Key Stage 2 (Essential)
* Not suitable for Early Career Teachers (ECTs)
* Able to demonstrate secure teaching and learning practices
* Experience in middle leadership OR recent high-quality CPD with a desire to coach and mentor others
* Committed to high standards and continuous improvement
* A collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills
