The Role As a member of the senior leadership team, the School Business Manager will provide strategic leadership and operational oversight across a range of business functions, ensuring that resources are managed efficiently and effectively to support outstanding educational outcomes. Key responsibilities will include: Leading financial planning, budget management, and financial reporting. Overseeing procurement, contracts, and value-for-money initiatives. Managing human resources processes and supporting workforce planning. Ensuring compliance with statutory, regulatory, and health and safety requirements. Leading administrative and support services. Managing premises, facilities, and operational projects. Supporting senior leaders and governors with strategic planning and decision-making. Developing robust systems and processes that enhance the effectiveness of the school. About You We are looking for a highly organised, strategic, and motivated professional who: Has significant experience in financial and operational management. Demonstrates strong leadership and people-management skills. Has excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
