We are a long-established and iconic name within the UK food industry, proudly serving high-quality British favourites for decades. As we continue to strengthen our reputation as a market-leading brand, we are now seeking an experienced, hands-on Kitchen Manager to lead one of our flagship and exceptionally busy locations.
This is not a role for someone stepping up for the first time - we are specifically looking for a seasoned Kitchen Manager with strong QSR or fast-paced branded hospitality experience, someone who thrives in high-volume service environments and knows how to lead teams through demanding peak periods while maintaining exceptional standards.
Our flagship site is one of our busiest operations, making this an exciting opportunity for a proven leader who can drive performance, consistency, and guest satisfaction at scale.
Kitchen Manager - The Role:
As Kitchen Manager, you will take full ownership of the back-of-house operation, leading from the front to ensure smooth service, excellent food quality, and outstanding team performance.
You will be responsible for:
* Leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing kitchen team
* Managing service within a busy, fast-paced QSR environment
* Driving speed, consistency, and food quality standards
* Maintaining excellent health & safety and food hygiene compliance
* Overseeing stock control, ordering, wastage, and labour efficiency
* Delivering operational excellence during high-volume trading periods
* Supporting team development, training, and succession planning
Kitchen Manager - What We’re Looking For:
To succeed in this role, you must have:
* Proven Kitchen Manager experience within QSR, quick-service, or high-volume branded hospitality
* A strong track record of leading teams in busy service-led environments
* Excellent operational knowledge across kitchen standards, compliance, and stock control
* The ability to perform under pressure in a flagship, high-footfall site
* A hands-on leadership style with excellent people management skills
* Passion for delivering consistently high food standards and guest experiences
This role would suit an experienced Kitchen Manager, Back of House Manager, or Senior Kitchen Leader who is ready to take ownership of a flagship operation.
