At the award-winning Streatham Hill Veterinary Surgery, we are looking for a Veterinary Receptionist to join our thriving, high-end 24-hour hospital (day shifts only). About the Role You will be the face and voice of the practice — the first impression our clients receive, whether in person or over the phone. Your ability to create trust, reassurance, and connection is key. Your day may include: Delivering a five-star welcome to every client and their pet Managing a busy reception desk with efficiency, composure, and professionalism Booking and managing appointments using RX Works Supporting clients with queries, appointments, and medication collections Processing payments and finance applications with accuracy and sensitivity Promoting our healthcare plans with confidence and care Liaising closely with our Vet and Nursing teams to ensure a seamless client journey Managing administrative tasks including scanning records and handling correspondence About You You are confident, personable, and genuinely love building relationships. You understand the importance of empathy, especially when clients may be worried about their pets.
