Job Overview
Due to the success of our opening back in October, we are now looking to expand our kitchen team and are on the look out for a super star brunch chef to join our team.
Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar environment, have a keen eye for detail and a passion for producing beautiful brunch dishes.
Responsibilities
* Assist the Head Chef in overseeing daily kitchen operations and staff management.
* Ensure all food production meets quality standards and adheres to food safety regulations.
* Work with the Head Chef to develop new menu items and cakes.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
* Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
Skills
* Proven experience in a similar position.
* Knowledge of food production processes, food preparation techniques.
* Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in hygiene.
* Great organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also taking initiative when required.
What we offer …
£13/ hr + tronc & cash tips which usually equates to another £3+ per hour.
Free meal and refreshments on shift
Flexible working hours and no super late finishes. Working between 7am and 8pm at the latest.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
