What You’ll Be Doing
* Lead & Inspire – Support the Head Chef in running a high‑performing kitchen, ensuring smooth service and exceptional food quality.
* Develop & Train – Help recruit, train, and mentor the kitchen team, fostering a culture of growth and development.
* Manage Stock & Prep – Oversee food ordering, prep levels, and stock rotation to keep things running efficiently.
* Maintain High Standards – Champion food safety, compliance, and quality control to deliver consistently top‑tier pizzas.
* Drive Improvement – Work with the Head Chef to refine processes, introduce new ideas, and evolve our menu.
* Lead by Example – Keep energy high, motivate your team, and uphold a positive, can‑do kitchen culture.
