We have an exciting opportunity for an Implementation Consultant to join our team, Reporting to the Head of DAS the Implementation Consultant leads our Depot Allocation software implementation projects. This client facing role encompasses systems configuration, software implementation, the creation of project documentation and client training. The consultant provides technical support through the whole project lifecycle and builds strong and lasting client relationships. This is a full time role working 37.5 hours per week. We offer a hybrid working model with time spent between home and office working. Due to the nature of this role, there is not a set structure to office working days but you would be expected to work from the office for team meetings or as per business requirements/needs. Our offices are based in Oldham (Manchester) and Bromsgrove (Worcestershire) and are happy for teams to work from which ever location is easiest. We are open to discussions regarding salary, dependent on previous experience. Responsibilities Oversee all implementation activities. Configure systems. Troubleshoot issues in conjunction with the client and internal teams. Provide technical support through the whole project lifecycle Deliver tailored client training workshops and user documentation as needed Ensure client sign off-of all milestone stages and final hand over Complete a successful handover to business as usual to the client team. Ongoing client liaison to ensure that the EPM & Omnibus software products are utilised and clients are receiving best value, including client meetings. Provide feedback on software from clients to the Product team, including requests for new software features and enhancements. Keep up to date with the range of EPM & Omnibus software and consultancy products. Liaise with the Service Desk, development and sales teams as appropriate. Host webinar sessions with clients. Provide internal training on EPM & Omnibus software. Assist with client pre-sales software demonstrations and activities. Client meetings and training sessions will be a combination of remote and on-site as required. Assist the Service Desk with client support, where there is an overflow of cases. Take a flexible approach to requests to perform tasks as directed Requirements Previous experience in a similar Software Implementation role Project implementation experience Bus industry or transport industry implementation skills would be desirable Software training experience, both online and face to face Ability to understand operational processes Ability to analyse and understand business requirements Direct experience within the transport industry would be desirable Willingness to travel Flexible approach to working patterns Minimum 6 months operational experience in public transport Attention to detail Excellent communication skills Ability to work to tight deadlines Customer focused Team player; enjoy working in a team environment Willingness to help Benefits 25 days holiday plus bank holidays Extra days leave for Birthday Company Pension Income Protection Life Assurance Private Health Care Cycle to work
