Senior Care Therapy is on the lookout for dedicated full-time or part-time Licensed Clinical Social Workers to provide in-person psychotherapy services to the geriatric community. We proudly serve over 300 Skilled Nursing Facilities across NJ, NY, PA, and MD, including sub-acute, long-term care, and assisted living facilities.

Key Responsibilities
* Conduct individual and group psychotherapy sessions in skilled nursing or subacute facilities
* Assess, diagnose, and treat a variety of emotional and behavioral health conditions, including depression, anxiety, adjustment disorders, and cognitive decline
* Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs
* Collaborate with facility staff, interdisciplinary teams, and family members to enhance patient care
* Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards using our clinician-designed EHR
* Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
Requirements
* Active and unrestricted license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of application
* Effective oral and written communication skills in English
* Basic proficiency with technology, including electronic health records (EHR)
* Strong organizational skills and attention to regulatory compliance
* Ability to provide in-person services at assigned facilities, up to 45 minutes away
* Physical ability to walk, stand, and move between patient rooms and offices throughout the day
* Full vaccination and booster status may be required in some facilities
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous clinical experience in subacute, long-term care, or geriatric healthcare settings
* Experience treating anxiety, depression, and adjustment disorders (psych or addictions experience is a plus)
* Excellent time management and organizational skills
