Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a SHE Manager who can drive impactful, strategic safety, health, and environmental initiatives across our division. You’ll be a trusted voice in shaping and embedding our SHE standards, influencing cultural change and helping us continually raise the bar in protecting people and the environment.

The Opportunity
As SHE Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in the evolution and excellence of our SHE practices. You’ll lead the way in defining and maintaining our SHE framework, guiding our leadership teams, and influencing long-term change. This role is perfect for someone confident in their expertise, driven by purpose, and eager to innovate in a complex and fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do
Develop and evolve our Protecting People Strategy, working with leadership to drive our vision and commitments
Lead the creation and implementation of SHE Policies, Processes, and Standards within our Integrated Management System
Act as the go-to expert on current and emerging HSE legislation and compliance requirements
Support key strategic projects and provide trusted expertise to senior leaders
Monitor SHE performance and deliver insightful analysis to influence improvements
Drive continuous improvement through assurance reviews, audit programmes, and risk-based initiatives
Champion learning, best practices, and collaboration across teams and forums
Influence training and build competencies in SHE across the division
What We’re Looking For
️ Degree-level qualification or equivalent in a relevant discipline
️ CMIOSH and Chartered Environmentalist (CEnv) / MIEMA or working towards chartered status
️ Strong knowledge of SHE legislation and ISO management systems
️ Experience driving SHE strategy and embedding cultural change
️ Influential communicator with strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills
️ Collaborative, pragmatic, and confident navigating ambiguity
️ Passionate about risk reduction, innovation and continual improvement
