Main purpose of the Job:

As Digital Marketing Manager at Lucky Seven Marketing, you’ll take the lead on all things digital – from performance-driven PPC campaigns and SEO strategy to optimised web builds and ecommerce growth. Acting as the go-to digital expert for both our clients and our agency, you’ll stay ahead of platform updates, audience trends and performance best practices. Your goal: to help our clients grow commercially, strengthen their digital presence, and ultimately, make our partnership indispensable.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

SEO & CONTENT VISIBILITY

Planning & Strategy: Lead and create a 360 SEO strategy that drives best practice, traffic and conversion for

our clients.


Implementation:

Keywords: Creating and implementing keyword research relevant to our client's business or

industry throughout the website content and meta tags.

On-page optimisation: In order to rank higher and

earn more relevant traffic in search engines, ensuring that on-page optimisation is implemented.

This includes optimising the site speed,

structured data, internal linking, relevant content, image sizes, alt text,

meta tags, title tags, and URL structure in line with best practice.

Off-page optimisation: Implement off-page strategies like backlinking and

Google My Business optimisation to build site authority, credibility, and

search engine ranking.

Content: Create new and valuable content through blogs to improve your

search rankings, attract more visitors and engage them with our clients sites.


Tools: Be an expert in tools; Google Search Console, Page Speed Insights, Google Analytics,

SEM Rush in order to track and support your strategy.



Reporting: Utilise tools available to compile useful reports for our clients on their performance from Google Search Console, Google analytics and SEM Rush. Update monthly report for our clients

showing this data.


PAID MEDIA: PPC GOOGLE ADS

Strategy and Implementation: Lead, create, and implement profitable PPC campaigns to drive revenue, traffic and awareness for our clients and our own brand.

Management: Daily check in to ensure spend and campaign success is monitored, and adjustments can be made reactively.

Collaborate with freelancers to ensure accurate conversion tracking is implemented across campaigns.

Reporting: Using the Google Ads tools, complete monthly reports to track return on investment

and the success of the campaign.


WEBSITE SUPPORT AND MAINTENANCE

Planning & Strategy:

Lead the development of tailored web strategies for each new project.

Define clear timelines, required assets, and delivery milestones.

Provide training and documentation for clients' internal teams to manage and update their sites independently.


Website Management:

Maintain and update websites on platforms such as Shopify (essential), Wix, and Squarespace (preferred).

Implement UX/UI enhancements, ensure SEO best practices, and manage content updates including blogs, product uploads, banners, and seasonal campaigns.

Improve site structure, navigation and design based on user behaviour and commercial objectives.

Ensure integration and functionality of tracking tools such as Facebook Pixels, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager.


Performance Monitoring & Reporting:

Produce monthly reports detailing key website metrics including traffic, bounce rate, load speed, and engagement.

Use insights to suggest data-driven improvements to enhance performance and user experience.


Tools:

Shopify necessary. Wix, Squarespace preferable.


EMAIL & CRM

Planning & Strategy: Plan, build, and send email campaigns and automations in Klaviyo (flows,

segmentation, A/B testing).

CRM & Flow Optimisation: Use Klaviyo data to improve customer journeys, retention etc.

Email Builds & List Management: Maintain clean and segmented lists for targeted messaging and improved deliverability.

Performance Tracking & Reporting: Track performance (open rate, CTR, conversions) and adjust strategies accordingly.


CHANNEL MARKETING

Planning & Strategy:

Contribute to the creation and activation of bespoke marketing plans to support the business objectives for each of Lucky Seven’s clients, to maximise sales opportunities, drive customer retention and customer service excellence, increase AOV and develop customer acquisition strategies. Success will be measured through engagement, sales and Brand KPIs.

Creation and Maintenance of channel specific sections of marketing calendars in line with wider marketing goals and date specific activation and circulate as required.

Omni-channel support - Liaise with internal and external teams to execute the digital marketing plan.


Performance Tracking & Reporting

Monitor activation, providing analysis of sales performance vs. forecast and tracking of spend.

Ensure that all activation and report packs are complete and delivered on time, and in budget plus present learnings across clients for ongoing improvement.

Assist in the creation of channel presentations for all review and strategy meetings.

Assist in the creation of pitch presentations for your channel to support new business goals.

Support the teams to execute marketing activity for new client business openings, and ad-hoc requests


Client & Team Collaboration

Relationship Management: Develop strong relationships with the client teams and internal teams, to execute best-in-class digital activation, to drive Brand and Commercial KPI success.

Use the company tools such as Monday.com to manage time and projects.

Be the day-to-day contact for digital needs for your accounts and be proactive and timely in responding to requests to deliver the best customer service.

Track all time and update Toggl to ensure accurate billing for clients and correct allocation of resource.



THE RIGHT PERSON

Qualifications:

Educated to degree level, preferably Marketing or Business orientated.


Previous Experience and Knowledge:

4+ years’ Experience of working in a digital marketing role.

Expert in digital platforms such as SEM rush, GA, Shopify, Google Ads.

Must have interest and experience in beauty and wellness brands.

Creative and solution focused thinker, finding new ways to engage clients and delight them.

Strong relationship skills with a proven track record.

Strong commercial acumen with experience on determining return on investment and confidently managing marketing spend, with ability to track and report monthly on departmental budgets.

Proficient in MS Office programs: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook

Compensation And Benefits:

Hybrid Working (3 days office based, 2 days WFH)
