Reference OTRDG230125az. Products include Ophthalmic Cataract Surgery Devices, Equipment, and Consumables. Customers are ophthalmic surgeons, consultants, nurses, and procurement teams.

Package: £40k-£58k Basic Salary (DOE), Bonus £12k plus uncapped commission based on sales, 25 days holidays + public holidays, 5% EE & ER pension contributions, Company vehicle (hybrid or electric options), mobile & laptop.

The Role of the Territory Sales Manager:

* Selling ophthalmic surgical products/devices including IOLs (monovision and premium), procedure packs, single-use surgical instruments & clean air solutions.
* Selling to ophthalmic surgeons, consultants, nurses, and procurement.
* Current focus is 60% NHS and 40% private clinics, with private sector growth opportunities.
* Huge potential in this region.
* Focus on growth and new business opportunities with full support from the company.
* Covering the London and South East region.


The Ideal Person for the Territory Sales Manager:

* Ideally from a surgical ophthalmology background.
* Will consider candidates from other surgical or theatre-based medical device backgrounds with the ability to learn quickly and work in a niche therapy area.
