JT Recruit are currently looking for an experienced accounts Assistant on behalf of our client in Ollerton on a contract basis. This role is initially to cover maternity leave but may become permanent for the right candidate as the business grows, contract length initially for 1 year. Ideally the candidate will work 24 hours a week across 3 days, Thursday & Friday are essential with flexibility to the third day. However for the right candidate the hours can be spread across 5 days. Duties: Process payments, Invoices and statements. Month end duties. Chasing payments. General filing duties. Bank reconciliation. General admin and customer service duties. Experience: SAGE 50 Excel Previous experience in an accounting or finance role is essential. This role is to start ASAP.
