Job Opportunity: Complaints Manager
We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to oversee all 'First Line of Defense' regulatory operations within our organization, specifically managing the Complaints function. The role involves handling high-level and FOS complaints end-to-end, maintaining internal logs, collating reports for management and partners, and supporting additional tasks as needed.

Essential Skills and Experience:
* Strong background in handling FOS complaints and working with the Financial Ombudsman Service.
* In-depth knowledge of FCA regulations.
* Experience leading a Complaints function.
