White Horse Employment is partnering with a long-standing client in the fuel and lubricants distribution sector to bring two exciting New Business Development Manager opportunities to market. Both roles involve managing existing customers while driving new sales across a range of sectors, including Fleet, Industrial, Agriculture, and Off-Road.
Role Locations:
* Field-Based – Oxfordshire, Milton Keynes, Northampton, Coventry, Birmingham, and Worcester
* Field-Based – Gloucester and surrounding areas
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide excellent customer service to existing customers
* Grow repeat business and multi-sales opportunities
* Build and manage a portfolio of new customers
* Approach customers across multiple sectors using a range of communication methods
* Submit orders with reference to price lists
* Plan and organise daily work schedule
* Tailor sales presentations to customer needs
* Maintain professional and technical knowledge
* Achieve agreed targets
* Attend occasional industry shows
About You:
* Minimum 3 years proven sales experience
* Previous experience in fuel/lubricant or related industries desirable, but not essential
* Sales qualification desirable
* IT literate
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Highly organised, resilient, and commercially aware
* Strong problem-solving skills and able to lead effectively
