Location:Remote /home / mobile Homebased, Mobile, Full Training, Mileage paid We have an amazing opportunity for a motivated individual to join our team as a Trainee Assessor. In this role. Youll already have Health and Social Care expereince and use your knowledge to help employed learners achieve their goals by delivering high-quality training and assessment, while supporting continuous improvement across the organisation. What youll do: * You will be trained to deliver training programmes and workplace assessments to learners across a regional area within Healthcare. * Support learners with Individual Learning Plans and on the job assessment's * Develop and deliver course materials to meet awarding body requirements. * Maintain accurate records of learner achievements. * Work and develop to build strong relationships with employers and identify new opportunities. * Ensure quality standards, safeguarding, health & safety, and compliance are met.
