Senior Mechanical Technician Location: Norwich Salary: £34,000 – £40,000 This is a senior, hands-on Mechanical Technician role within a bespoke manufacturing environment producing custom-engineered, one-off and low-volume products. Working closely with the Workshop Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring production is delivered safely, on time, cost-effectively, and to the high-quality standards expected by customers. A core part of the role is providing technical leadership on the shop floor, supporting and guiding the assembly team, driving productivity through positive management, and contributing to continuous improvement across manufacturing operations.
