We currently have an excellent opportunity for an experienced and passionate Spa Coordinator to lead a fantastic team at the Lanesborough .

Candidate Profile
As a Spa Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of The Lanesborough Club & Spa reception area. This includes managing front desk procedures, ensuring administrative tasks are completed accurately, and supporting the reception team to deliver a seamless guest experience. You will act as a key point of contact for both members and guests, assist with membership enquiries, and uphold service standards in line with the Club & Spas luxury positioning. Working closely with the Spa Operations Manager, you will help maintain an organised, professional, and welcoming environment.
Key Requirements
The ideal candidate would be able to demonstrate the following attributes:
Previous experience in a Spa or hospitality reception role, ideally within a luxury environment
Proven ability to supervise and support a front desk team, ensuring smooth daily operations
Strong organisational skills with experience in handling administrative tasks and booking systems
Confident in managing rotas, coordinating schedules, and maintaining accurate records
Excellent customer service skills with a professional and welcoming manner
Ability to handle membership enquiries and support sales initiatives
High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining service standards
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments
Immaculate grooming and presentation standards
Proficiency in English; a second language is an advantage
