Location: Central London (Liverpool Street)
Salary: £33,000 – £35,000
Contract: Permanent
Working pattern: Hybrid (3 days in the office, 2 from home)

Overview
We are working with a well-established and growing telecommunications business based in central London, who are looking to appoint a Sales Administrator to support their commercial and sales operations team.
This is a key support role within the business, providing day-to-day administrative and coordination support to ensure sales processes run smoothly from initial enquiry through to order completion and invoicing.
Key Responsibilities
1. Providing administrative support to the sales and commercial teams
2. Processing sales orders, contracts and related documentation accurately and in a timely manner
3. Maintaining customer and sales data within CRM and internal systems
4. Coordinating with internal teams (finance, operations, provisioning) to ensure smooth onboarding of new customers
5. Supporting with quotations, renewals and contract amendments
6. Assisting with invoicing queries and liaising with finance where required
