Create exciting in-store promotions and experiences. Ensure operational excellence, including audits, budgets, and stock management. Drive sales through promotions, excellent merchandising, and stock control. Ensure the smooth running of the store. What you'll need to succeed Retail management experience Strong leadership skills to inspire and motivate. Passion for customer service & sales. Strong decision-making & problem-solving skills.
