This will include O&M’s, meeting minutes, maintaining folders on the server and other ad-hoc jobs. * Checking and ordering stationery & PPE requirements online * Dealing with incoming calls * Ensure that all office systems and procedures are maintained efficiently and effectively * Ensure incoming and outgoing mail is dealt with appropriately * Data imputing * Produce documents for the team, as required * Provide reception cover when required Administrator Requirements: Experience working as an Administrator Strong communication skills IT fluency.
