As an independent local recruitment agency, we require an enthusiastic, dedicated individual to join our team as a Trainee Recruitment Advisor, to uphold our vision to be the best local agency by adopting our Service Led ethos and adhering to our Company Values.
Responsibilities
* Advertisement of vacancies
* Completing candidate registration
* Headhunting candidates/CV searching
* Interviewing and assessing prospective applicants and matching them with vacancies
* Screening candidates and drawing up shortlists of candidates for clients to interview
* Organising interviews
* Helping applicants to prepare for interviews
* Building relationships with clients
* Providing administration support for weekly management of candidate and client requirements
* Maintenance of MatchMaker database and all written and electronic records
* Answering and directing calls
* Responsible for on call, out of hours emergency phone on team rotation basis

Full training will be provided for the position of Trainee Recruitment Advisor. A progression plan is in place through to Recruitment Advisor and on to Senior Recruitment Advisor including the opportunity to obtain an industry recognised qualification.
Additional Information
Hours of Work: Monday to Thursday 8 am - 5 pm, Friday 8 am - 4 pm
Location: Redditch, Worcestershire
Salary: Dependent upon experience
